Thank you for choosing Lil' Drummaboy Recordings. By booking studio time, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking Policies

1.1 Payment Requirements: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

1.2 Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session risk forfeiture of the payment and session. This policy is in place because reserved time blocks prevent others from booking the studio.

1.3 Refunds and Credits: All payments are non-refundable. At the studio's discretion, a credit for future studio time may be issued if a session is canceled or rescheduled in accordance with the 24-hour policy.

2. Studio Rules

2.1 Respect for the Facility: Clients are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the studio and equipment. Any damage caused by the client or their guests will result in a charge for repairs or replacement.

2.2 Guest Policy: Clients are allowed to bring up to two guests in addition to those actively participating in the recording session. Any exceptions must be approved by the studio in advance.

2.3 Prohibited Activities: Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

2.4 Food and Drinks: Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in designated areas only. Spills must be reported immediately to staff.

2.5 Photography and Videography Consent: Lil' Drummaboy Recordings reserves the right to take pictures and videos during sessions for marketing and social media purposes. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, clients consent to this photo and video release. However, clients may refuse this consent at any time before or during the session. If the client does not explicitly refuse, it is understood that they agree to these terms.

2.6 Client Media Capture: Clients may bring their own videographer and/or photographer to the session and may also take their own photos and videos. If content from the session is shared on social media, we ask that Lil' Drummaboy Recordings is tagged using our handle, @ldb10studios.

3. Session Content and File Management

3.1 Content Ownership: Clients retain ownership of all recordings created during their session. Lil' Drummaboy Recordings retains no rights unless specified in a separate agreement.

3.2 File Requests: Clients are responsible for requesting backups or stems during their session. If a client requests backups or stems after the session has ended, a fee of $40 will apply if the files are still available.

3.3 File Retention Policy: Lil' Drummaboy Recordings retains session files for a maximum of 30 days after the session. After this period, files may be permanently deleted.

4. Liability and Indemnity

4.1 Personal Belongings: Lil' Drummaboy Recordings is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

4.2 Liability: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Lil' Drummaboy Recordings harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the studio and its equipment.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1 Confidentiality: All projects and recordings conducted at Lil' Drummaboy Recordings are treated with strict confidentiality. Staff will not disclose or distribute any client work without written consent.

5.2 Data Collection: Booking and personal data are collected for operational purposes and are never sold or shared with third parties.

6. Termination of Services

Lil' Drummaboy Recordings reserves the right to terminate any session or service at its discretion if the client or their guests violate these terms and conditions. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved under Pennsylvania law.

8. Amendments

Lil' Drummaboy Recordings reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and communicated to clients as necessary.
